My name is Shauna.  I am delighted to tell you a little about myself.  I attended the Electrology Institute of New England in Tewksbury, MA and became a licensed electrologist in both the state of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  I spent the next few years working with other professional electrologists.  In 2015, I purchased the business of Personal Touch Electrolysis in Portsmouth, NH.  While in Portsmouth, I had the pleasure of working with many clients.  I took pride in helping them to achieve their hair removal goals.  After a few years the  pandemic came along. With first, the state putting a hold on all electrologists from performing services, clients not comfortable with close contact services at this crucial time and my long commute, I had to make the hard decision to close the office.  I was devasted.

I have spent many months looking for the perfect location to reopen Personal Touch Electrolysis. My new office is conveniently located in Southern New Hampshire.  I am excited that previous clients have decided to follow me to Bedford, NH.  I greatly appreciate them and it makes me feel proud knowing they wanted to continue their treatments with me.  I look forward to adding new clients and guiding them through the hair removal process.

I know that having unwanted hair can be bothersome and sometimes embarrassing.  It is very common to be a little anxious or nervous on your first visit.  It is my goal to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for you.  I have been there myself and that is why I became an Electrologist.  During my 15 years of practicing, I attended the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics.  This is where I became a licensed advanced esthetician.  Although becoming an esthetician, my passion and main focus continued to be electrolysis.
